I always focus on breathing and when I do so it is changing my breathing pattern and rythm like I'm forgot how to breath in natural way…but when I'm busy I'm not thinking about the breathing and it goes in automatically..but when I think of it again then it makes me again uncomfortable feel and focusing and thinking all time about breathing makes me addicted towards it….
