  3. I so needed this video today. What she said in the beginning really got to me. That we need to heal our stress before we get sick. But what if we are already sick with stress and burnout? I have never felt more drained, sick or fatigued. Is there hope for me? Will doing practices like this daily help? What are your experiences?
