  4. Nico, remember to trust yourself in this deep process of un-layering. Trust that you doing any particular yoga flow for YOU, because it is what YOU need, is also a sacred offering externally, there is no need to worry if this is "what the people want or need." And perhaps, some of them are sacred offerings internally, what you need that you don't feel like sharing in this moment. As you say, "extend gratitude to yourself for this act of self-care and self-love today", and I encourage you to peer inside (or look at what may be staring you in the face) to see what self-care and self-love are for you in this moment. Have they shifted into something new or unexpected? Is it still aligned with where you are now? Can you follow that urge? What do YOU need most in this moment? Even if it's scary, see if you can take one step towards THAT. As always, take what resonates, and leave the rest. However you feel cared for, I'm sending that.

  5. Nico, you're not gonna believe but it's true. I was lying in shavasana and thought "Nico hasn't said relax further as you sink deeper into the mat (or whatever) in a long time". Soon as I thought it you said it! 😯…in different words perhaps. 💙

  6. I practice with you often, and did this morning, but needed this extra afternoon session to decompress after the vet told me my beautiful big boy dog may have cancer and needs further testing. Thank you for the tension release and for your peaceful, calming vibe.✌️

  7. Hey Nico, I will do this session on friday during my active reat day, but I just wanted to take this time to thank you. I was at the dentist earlier, and while they inserted the long needles into my gums and drilling my teeth, I used the breathing techniques I've learned from you and found my drishti during the uncomfortable moments.
