I was really hopeing that this would be longer and would include some less advanced poses. For the novice, I find the cow leg pose very challenging and so it could make me feel more anxious by realising I couldn't do this. It would be real great if there are more poses which help you bind or rotate in a gentler way. This is still an awesome channel and I loved the clenching of the hands near the start. Namaste

Unfortunately i store all my stress and anxiety in my neck and upper back area and i have ended up with painful knots, tight muscles and a pinched nerve along my spine in my upper back..
