  1. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice Paula. A gentle suggestion would be a longer version of something like this? I find the combination stretching and movement with your wonderful wisdom, insight and breathing cues really special. Blessings !

  2. I was really hopeing that this would be longer and would include some less advanced poses. For the novice, I find the cow leg pose very challenging and so it could make me feel more anxious by realising I couldn't do this. It would be real great if there are more poses which help you bind or rotate in a gentler way. This is still an awesome channel and I loved the clenching of the hands near the start. Namaste

  3. Hi! Thank you for this practice, i love how short it is and i will definitely try it❤️. Unfortunately i store all my stress and anxiety in my neck and upper back area and i have ended up with painful knots, tight muscles and a pinched nerve along my spine in my upper back.. I'd really appreciate it of you could do a practice that would alleviate this pain❤️❤️. Thank you again🙏🙏
