Join certified yoga instructor Cole Chance for a 20-minute yoga sequence for lower back pains!   1. This class was SO good. Such clear, useful, and poised instruction. Chronic low back issues here and I learned A LOT from this video. Feel so blessed to be a midwestern Dad bod in his 40's who can log on to a YouTube lesson from a professional teacher in a Guatemalan tree house, haha.

  2. This is exactly what I have been looking for, hitting the area of my back that I knew wasn’t sciatic pain. I too have a severe anterior pelvic tilt so my lower back is always bothering me. Thank you for these videos, I always enjoy your back stretch videos. This will become a regular in my rotation. ❤

  3. Thankyou Cole. Again you come to my rescue! Love this class. All the poses helped. Especially enjoyed lying on my belly with the bolster crosswise under my hips. The leaning to the side poses more challenging, but good. Namaste!

  5. Thanks Cole. I always discover many ways to come into a pose & feeling the stretch with ease instead of a struggle. That is what yoga is. Not the shape we can get into rather a feel of the stretch in our

  6. Thanks Coles this was so helpful with releasing my back tension! xx And it was great to learn about the anterior tilt, you've been able to put a name to where all my pain comes from! This might be too personal so please don't feel obligated to answer, but I was wondering if you ever experience trouble going to the bathroom? I myself struggle with chronic constipation and pelvic pain and im now wondering if it might have something to do with this anterior tilt.. I over extend my small torso pretty bad at times! Thanks so much, sincerely Mel xx

  7. It's taken me awhile to finally do this. Oh so good! My spine also does an anterior tilt so most of these felt ah.mazing. LOVED child's pose with a pillow! I've never thought of doing that. That felt so good. I'll be coming back to this for sure.
