This is a 20 minute yoga sequence to help stretch the low back to release tension. This is created to use as a general stretch to maintain overall health, NOT for injuries. Doing this yoga stretch consistently will help to balance your physical lifestyle with longevity and maintaining the overall health of your lower back. As always, skip any poses that dont feel right.
