  1. Omg. I am a very very very stressed person and, although I don’t bring my legs up, I often find myself lying on my back with my legs in this butterfly shape. The body is so intuitive, it knows what to do ❤

  2. Warning! I did somatic hip release techniques and three months later ended up almost paralyzed and in chronic pain. The trapped shit just came to the surface and now I've been in a living hell for 7 weeks

  3. OH. MY GOODNESS. That was trippy!! I didn't feel any emotion (probably because I'm emotionally constipated lol) BUT… I did this about 5 times (slowly bringing my knees together). First time, legs were a little shaky. After that, it was like sitting on a washing machine on spin cycle 😂
    Crazy!
    Now let's see if I can walk lol.

  4. I will try this tonight but I suspect my left IT band won’t thank me for it. It seems all jacked up these past months. Continually on at the TFL muscle and a pulling ache at the top of my shin just below the left knee cap. 😬
