I totally lost track of what day I was supposed to be on so I’m doing them out of order but it’s all good so long as I get them all in, right? This was a good workout ! I see why it’s in the weight loss category. I feel pretty good, but my body knows it has been used. Thank you, Adriene

I wanted to try this one but the "weight loss" in the title and intro turned me off 2 days in a row.
I love how Yoga With Adriene has changed/grown/evolved for the better over the years and maybe it's time for this particular video to be edited and/or removed.
