  1. I'm 15 years old and I have ben doing yoga for a year and a half now. Before starting practicing yoga I had anxiety and I was very insecure about my body. Yoga taught me to love my body and appreciate every single part if it. I like to think that yoga was my 'saving' it helped me to manage most of my panic attacks. I just did this workout and it reminded me of every thing I love about yoga. Thank you! 🙂

  2. I chose this practice hoping to unwind/stretch from by difficult half-Ironman race on Sunday. I am so glad I did. This was the perfect way to mentally gear up for my next training block as I work toward Ironman Chattanooga on Sept. 22. As always, thank you, Adriene.

  3. 1st time doing one of your 'full' yoga videos (I usually pick only from the 25-40 min videos). Who thought this was the one I needed today. What a release (yes, tears were flowing). This one was for me at this moment. My intention for the class was 'flow'. Just when I felt like giving up, I remembered my intention for the session. Ty for your tenderness, encouragement, and guidance.

  5. This was shocking – I was shaking beyond belief! The practice started almost too slow and beautifully blossomed into a challenging workout. Made me feel connected to my body in ways I didn't even think was possible.

  6. I've been putting this off because found this session intimidating. Idk, if it's because I was ready, but this was fabulous. Hard; I cried a bit, but overall it was so good! I had so many firsts that I can't even remember them all. I stretched deeper, balanced better and was able to manage my time to really get into it and not spend the whole time looking at the clock, which happens for me in longer workouts. Thanks Adrienne! Fantastic!!!

  7. This is the first video on my Youtube Yoga playlist and after four months with a wrist injury this is the first session that I do and it felt so right, thank you Adrianne!
