  1. This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

  2. I cried through this entire sesión. This is my 5th day revisiting yoga after 2 years of back to back surgeries and it breaks my heart to see my body so weak and incapable. I used to be so good at yoga now I’ve never felt worse about my body and its ability to do a basic 30 yoga routine 💔

  3. These comments make me feel so much better 😂 I did it today 3 months postpartum and I had to stop 4-5 times. I’ve done a few other of your videos with less struggle but this one got me. I’ll
    Keep at it though!!

  4. 35:50 if anyone could give me advice on how not to strain the neck in positions like this. Because I feel like I could do this pose longer but then my neck starts to hurt so bad🤧. What I’m I doing wrong!!??

  5. Oh wow! I consider myself reasonably fit and this workout just killed me. It's such a motivation honestly! I'll keep practising it. Thank you for the great video ^.^

  6. i am a beginner and nearly fell after the 20 min mark, this is so good I feel better doing this that those HIIT/ cardio workouts. Can't believe I found this after so many years. Also for someone who struggles with depression, anxiety, ADHD and mood instability, I found yoga difficult and could not concentrate much, especially during meditation. However, this one felt so good. I will continue doing this, I have never felt good during a workout, I am motivated by this.

  7. Thank you so much for your video! This is the first time I learn about yoga. You are a great teacher, your lesson is very easy to do. I will set a goal to practice your video every day, from today. I have just finished the first day. Thank a lot!!

  8. This was great Adriene! You kicked my butt! In a good way! Can't believe this video was from 2013. I will continue to look for your videos. Definitely need to tone up the core here! Thanks! 🙂

  9. Found this video in 2020, still coming back to it in 2024. It's deceptively challenging because it moves slowly, and really forces you to engage during postures and transitions. That's part of the reason why I like it so much (and also why I hate it so much 😆)
