  1. Wow I found that one very different, the balancing part I mean. My balance isn’t great on 2 feet let alone 1 🙄 I think it’s mainly because I’m on strong pain killers for my fractured coccyx and back back and my balance has got so much worse since going through perimenopause and now menopause!! I’m fine with the warrior 2 and those type poses and I’m ok with knee to elbow /nose etc it’s the dancer and half moon I think you called it, but hopefully with practice I’ll get better. I do yoga for at least 10 minutes every day, I started doing yoga about 2or maybe even 3 years ago and I never ever thought I’d get the hang of it and nearly gave up a couple of times, but now I couldn’t be without it. My mind feels better after doing it as well as my body so thank you Sarah Beth, it’s your teaching that has kept me going 💖🥰🌻

  3. Great practice! Just the right pace & combination of cardio & strength.
    Could have used the heads up to have a block for half moon but made for an awesome personal challenge to work on form more than how far I can get. 😊

    But can we mention the music?? Worst ever. 🤷‍♀️
