🌸 For Hypothyroidism & Hyperthyroidism 🌸
In this yoga for thyroid practice, we will be doing asanas that help in stimulating the thyroid gland and can be done both for hypothyroidism as well as hyperthyroidism. Through flexing and extending the neck in a slow and mindful way, you can directly support the thyroid gland.
Furthermore, it can help reduce stress, headaches, crowding of neck & back and is in general a nice full body yoga flow.

This is a great practice. Thank you. I really like your energy. One suggestion would be to slow it down so we can hold the poses longer. It moves a bit fast from one pose to the next. Thank you for taking the time and effort to share this practice .
