  1. I am so glad I found your video. I used to attend your class but moved to the US and I miss the Chennai Yoga Studio so much. I have watched this video a 100 times now. It has helped me get through some of the most diffuclt moments in my life. Thank you so much for doing what you do.

  2. Your voice is so calming Ma'am and when I'm doing this excersice suddenly my tears come out it's a tears of happiness inside me its feels like there's a hope for me to be better soon for what I feel thank you so much.
