    Enjoying the moon rise sitting out here on the deck, had a nice rain earlier to cool off another hot day, so monsoons could be starting.
    My big news is I'm now a Great Grandma 1wk. Baby girl Brixton Tru is her name. Born 7/11

    I’ve been doing your yoga for this past year. I’m may 2020 my body experienced a n unbalanced feeling I couldn’t work out as much. I did your videos everyday I feel like crying because I got through this whole year with you. I’m trying to find out what it could be I have no energy
