  1. I love these short ones so much! They help me to soak in and breathe in every moment to expand it into a really refreshing stress relieving practice! I carry stress in my stomach and this really helped me move and fully breathe it out <3 thank you Adriene :))

  2. Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ease Day – 9 Part II is awesome after my inner peace YWA meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ and Kemeic Yoga Studies. It was sweet to see this session on the calendar again. I did it exactly 1 year ago. It's refreshing and energizing. I adore "knocking on heavns door." My other teacher calls it "spaghetti arms."🍝 I share both names in my kids yoga class. 😊 Best wishes, everyone!🦋♥️🦋

  3. Am I the only one that has trouble knocking on Heaven's door and what to do with their head? If I move mine, I get dizzy. Tonight, I focused on something with each side and it seemed to work, but when I stopped, I was dizzy once again. I enjoy knocking on Heaven's door and will continue to participate without moving my head.
