  1. Thanks so much for this, Zelinda. I love the focus on breathing: so calming and keeps my lungs open and strong. About half way through, I realized how tight my jaws were and told them to relax. Shortly after that, some tears flowed as some stress was released. I love that anybody can do this practice and yet it's so powerful!

  2. Today has been a headache for me ever since I got off of work a few hours ago. This video popped up when I needed the most. So I turned out all the lights and with the soft glow of my wax melter going I did this practice👍🏾.. I also added to my playlist for lately. Thanks for sharing.
