This impactful and gentle 20-minute session was designed in response to a huge request for Yoga For Social Anxiety. Use this at-home yoga practice as needed to hit the reset button and/or re-fill your self-care cup!

Instead of wrestling with our past or tangling our thoughts in the unknown details of the future – this type of practice allows us to be disciplined about being present in the moment.

When our awareness is grounded in the present, we are more likely to increase energy and feelings of well-being and reduce the stress response. Aka – anxiety.

Unlock that inner wisdom. Trust that you have everything you need.
I’m here to help!

  1. I have really really bad social anxiety. I just cant talk to people. And when i do muster up the courage to talk i am under so much pressure to impress them or sound good that i end up saying something really dumb. So the anxiety keeps getting worse 🙁

  2. Greet Day 16: after laying in bed most of the days for the past week and half from depression and boredom. I found this practice to be helpful for my hips and lower back as they are tight and locked up. I hope that I can feel better soon and get back into the groove of things because I’m very tired of being tired.

  3. This was so needed…so timely having a huge spring summer clearout since morning, glad to be on here again for Greet Day 16:05:24✅done, felling less anxious and more relaxed & calm afterwards also gradually a much spacious less clutter home…I'm so grateful for YWA family and daily connection. Namaste evryone🙏🏾😌🌷💫😊🍀🏡🍀

  4. Bleesed Beloved Beauties! Greet Day – 16 was both challenging as my right thigh is sore and refreshing, too. My breath has deepened. I pushed through the pain. How did everyone enoy the session? Best wishes everyone. 🦋❤️🦋

Taking control of my reaction is an ongoing struggle when faced with adversity 🤌 regular practice on the mat has led to more success off the mat 🙏

  6. As a highly anxious autistic woman, this practice is perfect, and just what I need to get through life. Thank you so much Adriene, for this lovely yoga practice, and for your kindness, and understanding. Love you & sweet Benji so much. See you again tomorrow. Namaste. 🙏❤

  7. Greet day 16🎉 I'm full of cold today so my mum told me to take it easy and lay on the sofa with a pillow and a blanket (which I will definitely be doing, whilst watching Friends😊) but first I decided to come to my mat as it looked like a nice gentle practice, which it was and is just what I needed. Thank you, Adriene, for the timing of this practice, it was perfect for today. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻
