  1. Generally i wont comment but i was suffering from sciatica si joint pain and periformia pain from last 7 months nthing was working for my pain even psyiotherapies, muscle pain reliever but this really helped me for my pain❤

  2. I don't know about everyone else but I can feel how my SI pain is related to some old emotional pain that's been coming up for me. As it surfaces it seems to lock my back & when I stretch out those areas I can feel it partially releasing emotionally. Trauma can get locked in anywhere.

  3. I have had chronic SI joint pain & nerve pain for the past 5 years after my fusions L4 & L5 & S1…I've tried everything except Yoga. I have been so afraid too hurt myself & add more pain so was afraid to try. But I came across your videos & I'd like to learn more. I also have shoulder issues & found there were several poses that put pressure on the shoulder–any suggestions? Thanks

  4. when pressing on thighs, I can understand the hand on the top of the thigh but which direction are you pushing with the hand on the outside of the thigh? Looking at your fingers you are pushing sideways? I learned that you put one hand on top of thigh and the other under the knee so I would push straight forward and straight back at the same time.., Is this wat you are doing here?
