  1. Last month we focused on the practice and power of getting clear. This month we embrace the fact that the only constant is in fact, change.

And so, we practice loving our existence IN THE FLOW.

We align with the fact that what goes up, must come down and that struggles are in fact… real.

This month, we use the tools of yoga to build strength from the inside out.

    Ease. Resilience. Flexibility. Joy.

  2. Goodness! All that constant talking! The real yoga is actually very quiet. And that is precisely the point of body-mind awareness. How the heck one can possibly be "still within" (as yoga practice requires) with so much constant blabbing? The routine only begins 5.5 minutes into that counter-productive chat. Uggg!

  3. Hi Adriene I love your practice it's just so full of love and care, finding other yoga flow classes just too fast for me to get my body sorted out, am not a very experienced yoga person so your work is beautifully tailored to where I am at age 60 and recovering well from 2 separate falls with broken bone/surgery, all healed now and starting to find my whole unbroken body again. At the end of today's practice I had a big emotional release, at the final Namaste from your heart to ours, I started to cry unexpectedly! A good sort of tears, letting go and finding myself again slowly. Thank you, bless you and Namaste from my heart to yours!

  4. Woke up with aches in every joint, and a bit of sciatica. Four minutes into this wonderful yoga exercise. I feel like a new woman. And I’m definitely not new 80 years old.

  5. Such understanding. You're the best thing to happen to me since Chibs Okereke. Very gentle, very encouraging. I'm working my way out of a wheelchair. My lungs are shuttiing down and I made it through the first right leg extension. Then I spent my night time with my forehead on the mat breathing through my mouth. See you next time with my left leg.

  6. Thank you for this gentle practice. I have had internal shingles for 3 months affecting my entire left side of my body and Fibromyalgia for almost 30 years. I needed the most gentle yoga practice to get my body moving again – this was perfect. I look forward to moving to more of your videos as I get stronger and recover from the shingles. Btw, I’m 47. Senior level yoga is a great place to start for illness recovery in my opinion.

  7. Not fully reached my senior years yet but my body keeps reminding me that I’m headed there….someday soon! This video just made it a lot easier to accept that it won’t be all that bad when I finally get there! Thanks a million Adriene, for making all the “milestones of life” enjoyable! ❤

  8. It is the beginning of January—so had some routine interruptions—–so back to a yoga class this morning. To continue—thought I would check my favorite Adriene for something for seniors. At 73, this was the perfect late afternoon practice for me. Love the pacing—and always love the attention to detail. Thank you Adriene

  9. Just want to tell this young lady that she has a head on her shoulders and obviously has given careful consideration to older folks (I'm a senior) like myself so we don't hurt ourselves. Thank you!
