  1. Adriene, this was perfect for anxiety and panic attacks. You are such an angel. I love how you incorporated the full intentional use of our senses to calm and steady the mind. It's scientifically proven that the things you are teaching really work. Forever grateful for your existence ✨️ 🙏

  2. Hi, I just wanted to say thank you. This is the first meditation/yoga video I’ve tried. I am currently signed off work with anxiety and two SSRI medications didn’t work and made by body a bit ill. So thank you for an enjoyable 10 min video, because I decided to try this natural holistic approach instead. I especially enjoyed the verbal reassurances that you gave throughout and i love your dog next to you because I love animals and they naturally make me happy and relaxed. So thank you to you both 🤍

  3. Adrienne – I’ve loved you for years – but this video – this video is just what I needed at this weird blip in my life. Thank you for being there for sooooo many! You are blessed and I wish for you only joy!

  4. I never comment on videos, but I just had to thank you. I have panic disorder and I started crying doing this video with you – you were so comforting, you understood exactly what I was feeling, especially with the breathing – so many others try to make me breathe a certain way and it makes it worse. Thank you so, so much for this. I am so grateful to you. It felt like I was with a friend.

  6. I have used this three times this week every time I feel anxious and it’s like magic. It just immediately brings me back and grounds me and I feel amazing after. I can’t thank you enough ❤

  7. I had the worst panic attack of my life today. It's made me realize I need to find ways to relax. I found your channel and tomorrow instead of my daily intense HIIT session, I'm going to do one of your Yoga videos ❤

  8. Blessed Beloved Beauties! Get to Know Day – 6 is soothing and refreshing. I just came to the mat at 11:15 P.M. as a wind down for the end of the day. Ah, it was nice to see this session on the calendar again. Yoga always assists me with eliminating anxiety. How was everyone's experience? Best wishes, everyone! Ase', Ase', Ase' (the power to make things happen). 🦋❤️🦋

  9. Here for the Get to Know sessions- I was unable to finish yesterday's practice and was feeling really down about it so today's video was the perfect way to reset and remind myself that even just sitting on my mat is an accomplishment <3
