This specific routine has been a life saver for me. I have a fully ruptured disc in my lower back. These stretches help loosen things up a lot when my muscles seize up on me.
Thank you for a wonderful lesson.

Thank you.
That was my first 10 minutes of yoga ever. It hurt the entire time 😂 could definitely feel the stretch though. Thanks for this.
This was amazinggg! I always find yoga quite difficult even when it's 'for beginners' but this one was so gentle and easy to do. Thank you so much <3
This is a lovely practice. Thank you
Thank you! I love this
This was great!! ❤
I’m 44 with 2 kids and half a left kneecap but I am in better shape now than when I was 19/20. I love the strength and flexibility I have now.
You just have to keep the juice in the joints moving or you will “rust” and become stiff. Synovial fluid is what you release that lubricates your joints when you do the slow , easy movements in yoga , Qigong, or in that Essentrics workout with Miranda Esmonde-White.
If you do quick, jerking movements your body will tense up as a protective reaction. Working slowly , maintaining your mind muscle connection , and proper breathing will help you maintain your mobility and strength 😊
No medicine from a doctor compares to a sweat-tastic workout! You feel powerful and like you can conquer anything afterwards ❤
Never give up and always remember that you’re worth it!! ❤❤
❤ I love it, thank you so much, I'm suffering from two herniated disc lower back and this video helps me a lot 👍⚘️👌Namaste 🙏 😊

Thank you Tana. Having lower back pains for a long time due to wear and tear of lower vertebrae. This 10 minutes yoga session has given me days with hardly or no pain. So thankful. Have a good day. Love from me, Nicole, the Netherlands ❤.

Thank you. This was great practice. It really helped ease my back pain
I actually like the stretches, but each stretch was not held long enough I thought. And yes, I could pause the video and restart it to hold it longer. But I wish each stretch was at least another 5-10 seconds longer.
it’s hard being 80 at your 20s
This is helping me this week as I'm in another state. I pulled something or twisted my lower back last week somehow and needed something to help with the pain
