  1. You both have kept me from very dark places in life. I suffer with severe scoliosis since I was a little girl. I’m 35 now and everyday in a struggle with back pain. I love Julianna and her wonderful practices. This is my first Mark class and the gentle movements are surprisingly probably more what my body needs and your voice is so soothing.   2. Mark, you have become quite the insightful instructor! This practice was absolutely incredible. Your words throughout and especially at the end made me CRY! I started my yoga journey in 2014 right here on this channel. I was a scared aspiring yogi and I had no idea what I was doing. But I kept showing up on my mat. I would say, “I wanna be like that pretty blonde girl.” Lol!!! A decade later, and I’m still practicing with you both. BohoBeautiful as a concept and vibe saved my life and gave me self-worth. I genuinely looked forward to getting on my mat finally << and that was because I had an amazing teacher (Juliana)

  4. I decided on this practice today because I had a lot of tension in my hips. Little did I know that your words of affirmation and acceptance would heal my emotional state so much. These past 3 months have been very hard, and so many words meant so much to me. I ended the practice sobbing because it’s the first time I have felt anything close to peace in 3 months. Thank you.
