  1. Whoa, this class really did the trick. I'm pregnant and adjusting to my new center of gravity in my normal workouts, daily life, and sleep, and my lower back is killing me. Ngl, while doing this I was like "this isn't stretching my back at all!" But I've done enough of your videos to know to trust the process and boy did it work.

  2. Thanks as always, Tim. I’ve been having pain on the left side of my lumbar area. It’s a weak spot for me. Do you recommend any specific exercises to alleviate the tension and pain there? This class was lovely but I feel I need to target this specific tension with more exercises.

  3. Great video! I have Psoas syndrome (as a result of boxing/jump-rope). Will these help? I was including upward dog, which seemed to be recommended by other programs, but it seems to aggravate my lower back 😪

    Would you recommend any postures in particular for an exaggerated anterior pelvic tilt?

  6. Yes, this video really helped with my lower back as that's one of my weak areas. I'm recuperating from finally getting COVID for the first time and starting with yoga my first day post fever has given me some energy. Didn't get hit so hard as I do take good care of myself and have a positive mindset- only sick for two days and ready to get back into a exercise routine that will keep me strong💪Thanks & Namaste🧘🏻‍♀Have a great weekend!☀✌
