  1. I want to thank you very much for this incredible series of sessions. I discovered that I had no knowledge of my body at all. Did not realize I was stiff everywhere until I started to do these. I also saw that I am becoming more flexible which I did not think could happen. So again thanks you sincerely.

  2. Hi Great exercises thank you for posting it however I have one doubt when counter the stretch before laying on belly I get pain right in the middle region between l4-l5 and l5_s1 please suggest what should I do

As I am very new to yoga practices and usually struggle with direction, I have to admit that your videos have been a great help to find a better way and how to approach the world of yoga for a beginner like me.
