  2. I have a chronic pain problem in my neck, upper back, lower back and hip. I have been trying your upper body stretches. It works great for me I start to feel better than before.

  3. Thank you so much for this video, Joelle! I love the combination of stretching and strengthening (for lower back, abs, glutes, etc.). I find myself pausing your videos to do a few more reps of something or to hold a stretch a bit longer (which is totally fine 🙂 but, I thought I'd ask to see whether you have any videos focused on the lower back that are a bit longer.. like, 20 mins?

  4. My glutes were very sore after doing a pilates glutes workout primary using those bridges in all kinds of added ways of adding on to the bridges….. This really helped..oh and guess what she (you) added that bridge. LOL !!!! I geel pretty good now !

  8. I"m fairly active doing Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling, Trapeze for people my age (it's call B52's- also bc the B52 band is from Athens, GA where I live), and aerial yoga. About 2 weeks ago I hurt my lower back in my trapeze class 😩. I've been rolling my body which helped a lot but I needed some gentle stretching. After pocking the internet for gentle low back stretching, I found you ! This has been helpful physically and mentally. My chiropractor told me my muscles were over stretched ( I cannot remember which ones) so I'm going very easy on myself. Thank you for you guidance and your soothing voice and teaching.
