  1. Thank you Joelle for this wonderful practice. It felt so juicy especially swiveling the hips in the sphynx position and the ball position and I even went into a happy baby pose at that point which felt delicious! Thanks again!

  2. Thank you. Your 10 min sessions are extremely helpful.
    I do find some poses with knees bent in (ie. Reclined pigeon ect.)
    Are very helpful for back and hips but create pain in the back of knees.
    Do you have any poses to help my knees.

  5. Thank you for all of your short and targeted sessions. I made a promise to myself to do yoga every day a couple of years ago. I like being able to think about what I need, especially days when time is tight. I can help an area where I feel strain and keep my promise.

  6. Thanks for your videos! Do you have one on lower back flexibility? I have difficulty with poses like sitting up with your legs in a v shape and trying to stretch towards the right or left leg
