  1. I can't believe out of the hundreds of times I have done your videos I have not done this one especially when that is why specifically i go to your videos is for the lower back and hips. Good video !!! Ill be doing this one quite a bit!

  2. This is a life saver!!! Been pretty depressed with this pain in my back lower left side and left hip. This has helped relieve a great deal of the pain and I felt as though this area was being strengthened as well.

  3. This is very effective and nice. The hip and thigh muscles though again need to be additionally loosened up to do this well. So, again I think Kadam Taal or Yogic Jogging are needed for better impact. I tried slow stretch for hip opening before this, but I still struggled a bit. Will keep trying until I get there. Very well instructed, very effective 5 minutes! Thanks Sarah Beth.

  4. Ok so this looks fantastic and all. I currently know nothing at all of yoga and have pretty rough pain from lower back and hips. With that being said that area is not very flexible. Do you have anything that would be progressive towards being able to do this? The flexibility in my hip flexors and lower back is not very good. And it is painful to go into downward dog. I'm a tall thin construction worker and if I could do this routine; who knows? I may even be able to be pain free

  5. I'm so glad to have found this video! I was having a lot of pain in my lower back, hamstrings, and hips, despite yoga and chiropractic. This video is easy to fit into my schedule since it's so short, but it gives an intense stretch, and I'm feeling so much better! I don't quite have the strength to hold the lunges like you do, so I just put my knee on the floor.

  6. there should be a note this is not for beginners. Or positions should be done "Worse" under your abilities level. Because I have done yoga, I do exercise, I couldn't repeat any of this. So not for beginners.

  7. Hi Sarah! I commute a lot for my job, and I've always found that my lower back carries the most tension in my body, I tend to have consistent moderate pain there. I could immediately feel a difference during this practice!! Thanks so much!

  8. Hi Sarah, I just found your videos last week. I've done a few and I absolutely LOVE them! I just did this stretch one after a 40 minute workout and I feel so much more open now in my hips. I think I'll try to incorporate this sequence into my normal post-workout stretches!

  9. Hey there! You can start by just eating as raw as possible. If that means you're 75% raw or aiming for it then you're still doing great things for your body by ingesting all of those live enzymes! My favorite tip is K.I.S.S. (keep it simple, silly) Start with lots of smoothies and salads. You can buy bananas and greens and berries at the store and keep a personal sized blender in your room. Also guac with veggie chips is delicious and filling! start there and snack on raw fruits, veggies & nuts

  10. Hi, Sarah! I have been wanting to start a raw food diet recently, after seeing your videos, but I have no idea where to start. Is it expensive to buy all of the ingredients to follow a fully raw food diet? I am a college student and don't get to go to the grocery store that often, and I also don't have a high paying job. Any tips on eating raw for little money would be greatly appreciated! 🙂 Thanks for inspiring me to get healthy
