This is a deep hip stretch yoga class you can do to help relieve hip tension and sore lower body muscles like the lower back.
This class isn’t intended for the inflexible and should be practiced mindfully, connect with your body and do what feels best, be sure to modify with pillows or blocks if needed.
Doing this yoga for hips class will help release tension from the lower back and legs while also increasing hip flexibility.
This class is great anytime of the day and can be used right before bed to have a deep restful nights sleep.
Do this yoga class if you suffer from general back pain from standing or sitting, this class is such a great way to balance out your daily physical activity.

  1. You’re absolutely amazing!!! I just did the less stretch one then this one popped up and it said deeper stretch so I was like okay let’s do both videos!!!! I’m so happy I did , I definitely enjoyed and felt more of a stretch with this video!! Thank you for making my day ❤️🥰💯

  2. While this did help with my super tight hips and low back, the positions were not conducive to my condition. Having a modification for certain positions would have been great. I added my own twist to some things and made it through.
