This 35-minute Yoga for Low Back Pain is for for all-levels. Very relaxing and relieving with gentle hip openers, back stretches and strengtheners. Practice 3x a week or as often as you’d like for the best results.
One block is optional for this class. Other than that, all you need is yourself and your mat. 🙂

Thank you. I always enjoy your flowss and your voice is super calming so I feel like I can actually relax. I usually do your classes right before bed.
