Yoga For Loneliness is an all levels yoga sequence that will serve anyone who is lonely, or anyone who has ever felt alone. This hands free, low to the ground practice stays off the knees and opens up the body with the breath uniting mind and body in a way that serves. You are not alone! Connect to the big picture, nurture your spine, stretch, soothe and light a little fire in your core. Finish this practice till the end. Namaste holds so much power, my friends! WE ARE ONE!

  7. I’m sorry but can we just talk about the ads that play before these practices? All weight loss and diet focused which is not why we’re here (not me at least). Messes w my head! Ew!

  8. A lot of people in my life are advancing in one way or another, with a few moving away and I just can't stop feeling like I'm being left behind. I'm still sad but moving helped me feel a bit less like I'm stagnating

  9. I went into this video feeling lonely and frankly starved of human interaction. I'm temporarily living on my own. Sometimes I start to feel a little stir crazy. But I did this video and I actually felt better! Even during the practice, I remembered that I have friends, though I'd been in the mindset that I was totally alone. Thank you for this video!

  10. i really needed this practice today. i have been feelings very sad and lonely the past few days, so i thought why not try yoga with Adriene.

    i was crying like a baby at the beginning of it, i really felt the sadness filling my body and the tears just came bursting along with some shaking in my stomach area and chest. as i kept going, i then slowly felt all the energy being released. and at the end i even cracked up a little smile when Adriene invited us to find some playfulness.

    i still feel a bit sad, but I'm trying to remind myself that just like Adriene said- everything is only temporary and that it will get better soon.
