  1. Carve out the time, my friends! Let me know how your practice went in the comment section below!

"And still, after all this time,
The sun never says to the earth,
    "You owe Me"

    Look what happens with
    A love like that.
    It lights the Whole Sky"

  2. Coming here to try this after MANY instances of back spasms for years. My doctor said “do yoga.” I’m so inflexible, I can’t even sit in that starting position😂. My legs and hips don’t flex that much.

  3. Adrienne, you’re simply amazing! I don’t know how many people I’ve told to check you out when they tell me about neck pain, back pain, etc. I’ve been doing yoga with your help for years and appreciate you more than you know

  4. Adrienne I don't know if you realize how many people you have touched. You make me feel better every time I practice with you. The tips you give can change evreything for me both in poses and attitude. Thank you for your warm generousity. I love your goofiness too!

  5. I'm just so appreciative of you! Thank you so much for being you, and sharing your joy and peace with us. It's like doing yoga with a sweet friend, whose voice is so calming and centering. I can always count on you to bring me to a happy place…on my own floor.
