  1. I cannot tell you how many times I have come back to this video for back pain relieve. You are the master. I got into yoga because of you. Thank you so much. I now do yoga every day, but this is the to go to video every time am in pain. You are simply amazing. You take your time to make the muscle work. THANK YOU ❤

  2. David, it is such a blessing that I found you this morning – right when I needed you. This yoga today was probably one of the deepest and best sessions I've had in 45 years of doing yoga. I am still in a state of wonder that the internet and God brought this to me this morning. Just con tine to tear up. Thank you for your journey and path that resulted in this gift to all of us. I will be checking out do yoga with me. Thank you, Beloved David. (of course, David means beloved : )) Peace be with you.

  3. I have come back to this video many times and found it very effective for stretching. But mostly I so look forward to the calming music and the teachers excellent instructions, peaceful voice and just how it makes me feel at the end.

  4. I've come back to this class again and again for years! I love it so much and the voiceover is so perfect even after all this time. My hips and low back are so much more mobile and painless. Now I am postpartum and ready to reincorporate this into my weekly schedule.

Thanks for making this 🩷🤍🩷🤍🩷 I hope the true and living God is blessing you and keeping you!

  5. I'm diagnosed with mild lumbar spondylosis. The doctor suggests I can try hip injection to release the pain but I'm hesitated to do so. Found this video and have practiced consecutively four days so far. I'll continue every day and hopefully get some improvements.

  6. Just what I needed! Forced me to slow down and really hold the postures, which in turn instantly made my hip and lower back feel better. Will keep this up because the other physical activities I do, plus sitting at a desk, really mess with back and hips.
