    I want to draw your attention to something that someone has copied your flow especially this video's asanas and released it by their name by adding on 3-4 extra asanas in the end just to make it look different😢

  4. I am starting this yoga today with high hopes, I have 0 chance of nature pregnancy , my uterus is small in size and can't hold baby inside and I have to start trying after 4 months. so I am trying to prepare myself. It feels relaxed to share my heart out here. I hope it helps me

  5. This video really helped be to reguate my period, i got diagnosed with pcos but before the test results i randomly started this yoga routine without knowing by my periods are reguler as we are trying to conceive, after doing it only for couple of days in a week my periods are reguler
    I am very hopeful after reading other comments, i will keep doing this for atlest 5 days a week along with your other video of yoga+ pilates for pcos and weight loss.
    I Will keep updating my progess every week in the comments,
