  1. this is my third yoga video of yours in a row today, i had to come back for more after the trauma informed hip yoga. i feel so much more calm and at peace. your videos are soothing, the way you talk to us and encourage us to go at our own pace without rushing. i definitely shed a few tears throughout my session this morning; much needed. thank you so much <3

  2. I woke up crying and overcome w grief. I lost my only child & my fav aunt within two weeks of each other in November. I started off doing this in bed but got up. I cried the whole time but it got me up & moving! When you said “you’re already up”…I felt that. I have been doing ur somatic yoga vids too. I can’t thank you enough ❤ 🧘‍♂️

  3. Hi, this morning I woke up feeling extremely low and depressed. I was astounded to find that this simple flow helped me feel unstoppable after I finished. Please do more mental health focused flows. The mind body connection is so much stronger than I thought. I love yoga!!!
