feels like i'm going to leave the only negative comment here, but.. not only did it not help me, it actually summoned a severe nausea i couldn't shake off for an hour before falling asleep, now, after 5 hours, everything's fine, but bro… not worth it for me, considering it didn't even lift the bloating.

Thank you, I woke by intense pain and bloating. Drank ginger lemon tea. It didn't help. 5 mints of this video exercises, about 30 minutes. Pain gone.
I am in the midst of a nasty bout of food poisoning and this did relief a lot of pain and help me get a lot of gas out.

Its been 5-6 months of my tummy and area around navel feeling tight after every meal. It makes md really uneasy and i can focus on anything else. Did sonography, went to 6 different doctors.. im not feeling like my old healthy self. Will it work for me? Please reply, I feel like death is better.

Doesn’t work for me lol…I do think I might have something worse than just bloating though, im bloated 24/7 and don’t have regular bowel movements so that might be why it doesn’t work for me? Idk, but it seems to help a lot of people. Keep up the good work! ❤🎉
