  1. feels like i'm going to leave the only negative comment here, but.. not only did it not help me, it actually summoned a severe nausea i couldn't shake off for an hour before falling asleep, now, after 5 hours, everything's fine, but bro… not worth it for me, considering it didn't even lift the bloating.

  2. I keep getting back to this one. Works for digestion, but also stress, but of course belly and brain are linked in this. I feel soooo relaxed after this one, been doing this routine off and on for almost 8 years!

  3. I suddenly got such painful bloat I could barely sit up and luckily found this video. It cured it within the first few minutes. The music is so relaxing also. Wow! Amazing. Thank you.

  4. Its been 5-6 months of my tummy and area around navel feeling tight after every meal. It makes md really uneasy and i can focus on anything else. Did sonography, went to 6 different doctors.. im not feeling like my old healthy self. Will it work for me? Please reply, I feel like death is better.

  5. Doesn’t work for me lol…I do think I might have something worse than just bloating though, im bloated 24/7 and don’t have regular bowel movements so that might be why it doesn’t work for me? Idk, but it seems to help a lot of people. Keep up the good work! ❤🎉

  6. Was feeling all seized up and painful after a meal where I must have eaten something I disagreed with. Once I did this routine, all the pain and discomfort went away. I finished with some warm peppermint herbal tea. Thank you so much.
