  3. It's life changing that you explain and point out how to get out of the pose gradually from top to bottom. A game changer for me!   5. Namaste. Long time I was made to believe that I had osteoarthritis. But one Dr. Found that to be the Sciatica vein that was giving problem in the knee and the medication was for that. I hv refrained from doing Vajrasana and sitting down as the nerve will pull me down while getting up causing immense pain. My question is can I start the Vajrasana to do the postures you showed now

  6. Thank you so much for your service. I cannot say it enough. i cured my knee pain because of it. Currently i have painful PMS and the back pain can be a challenge. Do you have classes for female reproductive health? I will be very glad to hear from you. I hate painkillers.

  7. I usually like to write and draw while listing to such videos explaining yoga asana, or other theraputic processes. But his deep explanation for each movement and asana is making me take a lot of time in recording his teachings on paper. Hence, I have written these two lines as end note — It is better to absorb learning from this video while performing all steps simultaneiusly during the practice as all the explanation and demonstration can not be drafted on paper.

    Now, I wonder why listening and practicing were two key source of learning in vedic times. Written texts really can not deliver what krishna may have taught to Arjuna, and Rama to Hanumana.
