This yoga class is intended for general back pain. If you have a back injury please consult you doctor about any physical routines that may or may not be good for you.
You will notice after consistent practice, you will feel more balanced physically throughout your day finding yourself with less back pain while feeling stronger and more limber.
Back pain is often caused by repetitive physical activities like working out with weights, standing and or sitting long hours aiding in poor posture in turn causing general back pain which may lead to future injury.

  3. I've been starting my days off with your morning routine and absolutely loving it. I've noticed how much more upbeat and productive I feel the rest of the day! With my increased energy levels I have been able to accomplish more and become more adventurous. Being able to do more activities has had such a positive influence on my daily life. But, it also means I am constantly discovering new areas of my body I need to work on.

    That's where you saved the day once again! Videos like these are fantastic for helping me to unwind and discover what areas have hidden tension. Your pacing, tone of voice, understanding of differing skill level and detailed descriptions make for the perfect experience. I am able to follow along without needing to constantly double check my poses. I especially appreciate your reminders to watch your breathing and to stay within my personal comfort zone. Sometimes, when following an instructor, it is easy o over-do it trying to follow their instructions. I never have to worry about that with your videos!

  5. You would be my HERO if you made a 30 day yoga challenge for back pain. Some upper some lower. Some stretching some strengthening. Maybe have stretching videos we can substitute on the strengthening days if were experiencing too much pain. Or 15 days of back stretching and 15 days of back strengthening. Or 2 separate 30 day challenges….skies the limit lol. Any of those would be incredible.
