  1. 3 types of sciatica: disc sciatica, in which case you don't wanna put the spine in flexion, so no forward back stretches as that makes the disc protrude worse. The 2nd is a rotated sacrum. The 3rd (and worst) form of sciatica is prirformis syndrome (enflamed side glute muscle, which the nerve runs underneath), that one is when stretching is necessary. With disc, you wanna do decompression and extension exercises, in which case a lot of ones in this video are good. Just know the kind of sciatica you have first. And with disc sciata, the lower bac muscles can go into lockdown to "guard" the area so doing back stretches may feel good in the immediate, but later on its counter productive as forward stretches make a disc protrude out against the nerve further. I am however an advocate of things like yoga, stretching, and even chiropractic and phys therapy when need be. Good video though!

  2. Namaste very practical but I would like to know if I can practice these ekcesices at the age of seventy two having protrusion of posterior disks from l1_l5 since the age of Twenty two thanks God bless u
