Can’t stop head twitching or in fact any twitching
Your channel has been a great resource for me in the last 10years❤ I first took a yoga class in college and found that it helped release some stored trauma in my body. It’s been great to continue healing at home all these years. Hi Paula, I've been a big fan of yours for years and absolutely love your amazing practice videos. I have recently found out that I have a triple cervical disc herniation (which apparently happened a while ago) and was wondering if there are any videos/sessions that you could recommend for this in particular?
