  1. Your channel has been a great resource for me in the last 10years❤ I first took a yoga class in college and found that it helped release some stored trauma in my body. It’s been great to continue healing at home all these years. Sometimes I am so tense that I feel like there’s no hope to fully target certain muscles in one session, but your videos always surprise me with how gentle but effective they are. Thank you!
