  1. Fantastic class and the affirmations were fabulous to gave alongside ❤❤❤ – had a lot of emotional release (centred around accumulating fears over the years and also some around money and some traumas related to it). Feeling brave and courageous 🤩🤩💥💥

    Your Hip Bursitis yoga videos are very helpful, thank you very much! Please tell me if it is okay to do 3 different yoga exercises in a day.
    In the morning: 10 min
    In the evening: 10 min
    At night: 10 min.
    I'm +50 years old and I have Cervicale pain.

  3. Wow this yoga practice was exactly what I needed! This was so relaxing to my soul, and I felt so much release. Especially on the crocodile pose I literally felt the energy releasing out of my stomach into the earth. I will most definitely be revisiting this! Thank you Joelle <3

By the way, I would say that literally every practice of yours is super great for anxiety and stress – it's combination of your voice, background music (that is just the right volume), the pace of practice, that helps to calm down and unwind after a hard day at work or wherever. I remember someone has already mentioned it in some comment to your video. That's why I always try to do you practices before bedtime – it helps me to calm down and helps a lot for insomnia.

  5. This would have to be my absolute favourite practice of yours Joelle. I did this last night (and will be tonight also and for the first time in such a long time I didn't wake up with fibromyalgia pain and sometimes anxiety gives me sleep problems. I slept right through. The relaxing poses and the positive affirmations was such a good combination. Thank you as always you are my always go to for yoga on YouTube.   7. That was very soothing. I also made a big move recently, from the city I’d lived in for the past 25 years to a more rural location, leaving friends and family behind for new adventures. It was great at first but now I’m feeling a little isolated and anxious. I need to be brave and get more involved with our new community but I’m quite shy! I have joined a book club. Baby steps…😊
