Thankyou so much Jessica, your yoga practice class has helped me in many ways but specially with pms , i go through this very disturbing pms before every menstruation cycle which leaves me being anxious and body sore and stressed but as I started practicing yoga with the help of your class i am feeling much better after every class , grateful beyond measures . ♥️✨
