  4. Thanks for video. This helped me Our Heavenly Father created everything in this world. So imagine walking into a house your relative owns like a mom, dad, or a grandparent you will feel comfortable because you know your relative owns it. Your good there. It’s the same with navigating this world that your Heavenly Father owns!!! He owns every place in this world and the people within it! So, you don’t have to have anxiety about anything nor places your Father owns! Your good wherever you go!!! Your Heavenly Father owns it and there are no limits, or boundaries on where you can go. You’re not bound to just your house, or your car, so you can go wherever you please because your Father owns it and he has you covered. You can travel his world and view the world your Heavenly Father owns and created. Jesus paid the price in full for all our sins on the cross. Repent and accept The Lord as your savior Jesus Christ.   5. I felt really off on Wednesday super anxious couldn’t calm down didn’t know how to handle it. The next morning I did this practice and the breathing technique really recentered me and shifted my brain back into a calmer state. With the hip open I started crying and I felt it flow. This practice made me feel like myself again. Thank you so much Adrienne for this practice.

  6. I am a grown man and I can't remember the last time I cried. I also deal with anxiety disorder and I can't even begin to describe how much this practice helped me. Today was just one panic attack after the other. I did this during my break at work just now and I am still teary eyed. While I was going through poses I just started crying for some reason and felt sudden sense of calm. I don't remember the last time I felt this calm. You have saved me and I don't know how to even start expressing my gratitude.

  7. I don't know what caused it, but I've been so tight everywhere, I couldn't do any of the stretches. Sitting down with legs wide? Nope, rolled back. Damn, it's bad

  8. Couldnt do the leg spreading part at 10:40 but I definitely felt more relaxed after the parts i could do anxiety disorders can be hell and very very frustrating but we gotta pull through good luck to everyone else fighting this its possible to beat it

I've been feeling really anxious lately, listening to the smear campaign suffered by the people of Palestine and all the undesrved punishment they are getting.   10. I had so much built-up tension in my body and in my mental state. This was extremely helpful tonight. I hope to remember some of these practices so that way I can take them with me Daily whenever I’m feeling this way.

  11. I am going to take a flight super early in the AM tomorrow to visit my family, and although I'm super excited, I was starting to feel super anxious. I was having that super yucky feeling on my chest. I did a meditation, and it helped some, but not 100%.

    I just finished this flow and omg I feel normal again! ❤

  13. I wish alternate nostril breathing were mentioned prominently in the caption. It's a terrible technique for people with a deviated nasal septum and has the opposite effect of forcing the nervous system to struggle for breath. This is an additional trigger not a game changer for many people. I usually love your videos but had to stop this and find a different floor practice.

  14. A friend suddenly died this last Saturday. I keep going into a rabbit hole about death and how she is really gone even though it doesn't feel like it yet. During a panic attack I thought to try yoga and this video came up.
    Went from chest pain, rapid breathing, feeling too hot, tense all over, to relaxed and happy tingles in my face, hands, and feet – like they were screaming to be de-stressed. Also didn't realize the flexibility I've lost over time and how tight my muscles were.
    Big thank you for sharing this kind of help for free. It's done better for me than when I visited doctors.

  15. I’m shocked at how well this worked. I have terrible anxiety and I’ve tried so many “yoga for anxiety” videos with not much success. The second Adriene said, “you can’t tell if it’s depression or anxiety…” I knew she knows what this is really like to deal with this. I’ve also tried a similar nose breathing technique that worked occasionally but THIS way of doing it actually worked! I feel like a new person ❤!!

  16. I just went back to school after summer break. I’ve been feeling very anxious and down, and cried a lot. But I decided to try this video to calm me down, and it helped me a lot. Thank you. ❤️
