  1. Thank you. I am a 61 year old male that was 3 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening. I am currently doing the 100 push up challenge and I am up to 120. I realized I need to work on my core. I watch your video and bought a yoga mat. I just did my first workout with you. I don't have great flexibility yet, but it will come. Do you have any beginners videos?

  2. Just did this video first time this morning. I really like your style..your voice is very calming. I have gained some weight over the past 2 years and I've been in a terrible mindset, trying to get back on track and staying there has been a challenge. All my joints hurt and any workout I do (like I used to..hard core) just is not good for my body anymore. I'm going to challenge myself to stay consistent with these videos. Thanks a bunch!
