  1. I’ve been suffering with carpal tunnel like symptoms for almost a year … have seen three doctors completed physical therapy and acupuncture… yet it still persist … I found this video this week and the wall exercise has given me great relief… almost feeling normal at times … thank you so much

  2. Hello! Please answer me to something! I have NEVER had any problem CTS or tendonitis and after i started yoga i HAVE!
    I should stop yoga now???
    Please give me some advices.

  3. I uses this a few years ago and it worked wonders. Every time I feel a tingling in my hands I just start to stretch and it's gone. I haven't really had to use it in a while,but when I do this is the exercise to use…. thumbs up….

  4. Most people who use a mouse and have wrist pain do not have CTS! They have tendonitis and these stretches will help. If you tap the median nerve with your fingers and don't feel a shock you have tendonitis and not CTS!

This is perfect!  I just started work as a line worker for an automobile manufacturer.  My entire hands hurt all the way to my toes.  Now, I need a shoulder exercise to release the buildup of fluids, and relax the muscles.  **between my fingers and every finger joint, wrist, forearm, bi/triceps ache.
