  1. Good evening Miss Aprille, I want to thank you again for allowing me the honor of practicing with you. Unfortunately , I'm a few days behind 😢 I'm the end stage of cirrhosis and it's no joke. That's why I am so grateful for when I Can get on my mat . I didn't see and sweet babies this time. So , as always give those sweet kitties my love and snuggles.   2. Mmmm thank you! The crazy time of my life is a time full of immense change. My first pregnancy ^^ lots of worries lately. This helped me to ground my energy and bring it from the head to the body again. Calm down and relax… I adjusted a few poses for my growing belly, but in total it was just perfect again 🙂 love your videos! Peace and namasté
