  1. I HATE how it was just silent while holding the pose. I had to keep checking the video to make sure it wasn’t just paused? So I didn’t hold the poses for as long as I needed and this whole video just gave me even more anxiety.

  2. I almost cried doing this and feel on the verge of emotional after. Some slight raised levels of anxiety but I’m thinking about it positively and as a sign of that emotional stress starting to release

  3. You did a great job! I wasn't sure I could feel calm after only 20 minutes – you did it! I'm adding this to my repertoire! I love how you incorporated the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney meridians to address anxiety, worry, fear and restlessness. ❤️ – Marisa

  4. Thanks so much, Caitlin! I've just completed this yin session a little bit past midnight over here, and I've no doubt it'll let me sleep all the better. These poses worked wonderfully, and I only struggled a wee bit with the frog pose – always a challenge for me! Have a brilliant night and do please keep these coming when you can… particularly the yin videos (reflecting my own bias here). 🙂 Best wishes from J, UK-based Canuck
