  3. 1st day and i am glad that i am able to be with her till the last ,ofcorse with one or two breaks,but it was worth taking them
    i will continue this workout to see the results
    and update on very first day of each week

  4. I am a beginner, weight 72 want to lose weight, After doing these yoga i find my body more flexible then before, I been working out for 4 years but in between due to some reason I stopped working out and my weight increased 😔
