  1. Akshaya please announce the exercise as you go last few exercises I kept on doing glute bridges while you were already in your cool down stage doing happy baby and spinal twists 😂😂😂. I get lost in the practice and often close my eyes so the verbal instruction really helps

  2. Thank you Akshaya! I didn't realize that this is part of a series but this is exactly what I was looking for. I worked up a sweat and I love you voice and your cues. My only comment would be when I was with you squeezing my butt cheeks, swinging hips side to side, you went silent! I looked at the screen & saw you were doing twists/baby pose, just wondered why the cues stopped instead of at the beginning of savasana? I will look for the next part! Thanks again 🌸🙏🏻

  3. Its amazing but one suggestion that you could give instructions during stretches at the end of the video as again and again need to focus on your move more than mine just to see the move change. otherwise its fabulous I am just loving it , feeling fresh the whole day . thank you

  4. Hi, I love watching your yoga sessions they are super helpful. Just to let you know at 38.7 min your voice disappears and then returns at 45min. Your voice for guidance is helpful when you cant view the screen. Lol!
