Thank you so much! Prior to open heart surgery and hip replacement surgery, I taught high school English for forty + plus years and ran a Yoga Club. At 78 I am trying to get back to Yoga, but find I've lost so, so much…of course, I am now older and stiffer and facing more surgery. I was once incredibly flexible. Your beginner tape was so helpful and is helping me to get the confidence to start anew. Bless you.

Been doing this for 4 days now every mrng, my lower back ache(piriformis syndrome) has ease so much (it usually keeps me up awake on bad days). I also have this positive feels / motivated energy within me which i Love!! In terms of weight I was 52.5kg i am 51.4kg today. In terms of diet, my brealfast is oats with raisin/dates (no sugar or milk, just water). I also cut down a lot of rice!
Super excited to see what happens after a month as my aim is to get rid of the tummy 😂
