Great to build strength in the core, glutes, arms, and legs. I am using light dumbbells ( 1 kg each ) for extra burn. You can use dumbbells or 500 ml water bottles.
Practice regularly to tone muscles and to burn fat. But keep it in mind you need to maintain a calorie deficit for weight loss. Nutrition is 80% key, movement is just 20% of it. Keep it going 👍🏻

  2. Why did i find this channel now and why didnt i find this channel before. Have been doing your videos for past one week, breathing and yoga in the morning and power yoga and weightloss yoga in the evening. Have not felt this good in long long time. I had a slight back hump, that is tottaly gone, i mean totally flat. My chest is more firm, the strength when doing each asana is increasing and wobbling less.
